Meet Our Founder and Lead Designer at Pewple
He’s collaborated with some of the biggest names in music, entertainment, the NBA, NFL and the Gospel / Christian industry.
William Black started his first business at 19 years old. A popular clothing brand that would go on to generate over $500k in revenue within the first year. He would receive his first charge to create Christ First Clothing, a Christian clothing brand in 1997, that would go on to set records, garner national attention and generate over $2MM in revenue. In all, he’s worked closely with hundreds of church leaders, fellowships, conventions and retailers across the nation for over 28 years, and I’ve collaborated with some of the biggest names in music, entertainment, the NBA, NFL and the Gospel/Christian industry.
In 2014, he founded Pewple, a subscription-based design and marketing firm that offers custom websites, rebranding and modern marketing strategies for local churches, where he serves as Lead Designer.

I’m a 30 something, saved ‘techie’ from Lombard. And, when it comes to God and family, my Labrador Retriever; Semantics, and serving you, I’m all in! Working with and helping churches reach and realize their goals is pretty cool and rewarding. Peace.
